Grace Nyele Mensah is a Ghanaian music executive and cultural entrepreneur with over a decade of experience advancing music distribution, publishing, and creative industry development across Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Direction and currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Head of Publishing at Apprise Music & Media.
At Apprise Music, Grace has been instrumental in building operational systems that support independent artists and labels through digital distribution, publishing administration, metadata management, and rights protection. Her work emphasizes sustainability, transparency, and fair value for creators operating within the global music economy.

Grace is also the co-founder of the RocAfrik Music & Arts Festival, a cultural platform dedicated to promoting African music, live performance, and cross-border collaboration. Alongside her executive leadership, she has facilitated music business workshops across Ghana and contributed to international capacity-building initiatives, including the Ghana–France Soundscape Publishing Programme.
She has represented Ghana at major international music platforms such as WOMEX and the MaMA Music & Convention in Paris, strengthening global partnerships and expanding visibility for African artists. Her work sits at the intersection of operations, education, and cultural advocacy, with a clear focus on strengthening Africa’s creative economy.
